If you can't be at the rally on June 4, visit for information on how you can show solidarity from wherever you are. Help us make history by having this be the most watched Ninth Circuit oral argument ever.

You can learn more about the lawsuit and the 21 youth who started it here.

More than a thousand supporters will gather at Director Park downtown at 1:30 p.m., just a few blocks from the courthouse to make clear to the government that the American people support these young plaintiffs and the constitutional rights they seek to protect. There will be a livestream of the oral argument, music, art, and speakers, including the youth plaintiffs and their attorneys after the hearing has concluded.

If you would like to attend the hearing itself, it will be at the Hatfield Courthouse at 1000 SW 3rd Ave in Portland. It starts at 2:00 p.m. Pacific, but arrive early to ensure you get a seat.
