Today, Climate Reality Portland Chapter filed an amicus brief in support of the youth plaintiffs in the climate lawsuit against the state of Oregon, Chernaik v. Brown. Climate change is already harming Oregonians and if the Oregon Supreme Court does not correct the Court of Appeal’s erroneous decision in this case, it will result in serious and irreversible injustice.
