Climate Reality Leader Michael Mitton will be speaking about building support for offshore wind energy for Oregon. We have the opportunity to establish a hub for this industry of the future on our coast and transform the economic vitality of the region and provide thousands of family-wage jobs.

This year, instead of 24 hours of Reality, the Climate Reality Project is encouraging a world-wide effort, Truth in Action, to have presentations given by as many of the 20,000 leaders as possible on November 20th and 21st. Our program starts promptly at 6:30 pm. We will have time to network and share other local climate initiatives and actions that we can support.

Come by public transport, carpool or bike if you can, and parking on the street is free after 7 pm.
