Decembercookandserve

Cook and Serve with the Climate-Friendly Committee and NW Veg

December 10, 5:30-6:30 pm & December 12.

We will demonstrate how to make Palak (Spinach) Tofu. We will make Palak Tofu and Chana Masala to give to a women's homeless shelter on December 12th.

We will demonstrate a healthy, delicious Indian recipe that you can make at home using inexpensive and easily attainable climate-friendly ingredients. We'll provide you an ingredient list and recipes for Palak Tofu and Chana Masala. You can choose what you would like to make. We will be arranging pick up and delivery as well. If you aren't comfortable cooking, but would like to be part of the effort, we are also looking for donations of Naan (Trader Joe's) and cooked basmati rice.

Please email climaterealityportland@gmail.com and you will receive the recipes and zoom link. If these dates won't work for you, we will record the demo and you are also welcome to make the dishes for your family at home!
